About EAT WELL, MOVE WELL, FEEL WELL: Healthy Habits for Women in Midlife
Strive Rehab is excited to welcome you to a special Two-Part Speaker Series, tailored to women in their mid-30s to late 50s. Age isn't always the determining factor, however, and women of all ages can benefit. If you want to feel better but don't know how; or, are interested in aging as well as you can, this Speaker Series is for you.

- What’s happening biologically in your body through Perimenopause & Menopause and how this affects both your current and future health
- The biggest risks to women’s health and what symptoms not to ignore
- What types & how much exercise your body needs in midlife to prevent disease
- The body’s nutritional needs in midlife, and how to fuel your body – to have more energy, manage mood, and prevent disease
- How to use EFT (or 'tapping'), an evidence-based self-help therapeutic technique, to change your beliefs, support your emotional health, and calm the chaos
- How to restore confidence in your body – learning how to modify movement to suit you, and when & how to push forward
