WELCOME to the I LOVE STOCKTON BEACH Art Competition!
Thank you for your interest.
Stockton Beach means a great deal to hundreds, if not thousands, of people.
It has cultural and conservation significance and also conjures up images of family holidays, swimming, fishing, surfing and the wonders of nature.
Stockton Beach is currently under threat, but the good news is there are solutions.
We invite you to share your reflections on Stockton Beach in a creative way.
In 'Choose Items' window above, specify 1 in QTY and click 'Next'. Fill in your details on the next page. Click 'Complete order'. You will then receive an email asking you to send a photo of your artwork to stockcomartcom@outlook.com.

Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this competition is the Stockton Community Group Incorporated, hereafter referred to as SCG Inc. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is on line via Ticketebo.
Parent or legal guardian of minors must enter on child’s behalf
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Ticketebo, Facebook, Twitter Instagram or any other Social Network.
Promotion Period
Entries open 1st October 2022. Closing date will be 12 midnight 31st December 2022. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
Prizes
Age groups: Primary student winner $50 cash. Secondary student winner $75 cash. Over eighteen age group winner $100 cash. People’s Choice winner $125 cash. Grand prize winner $150 cash.
The prizes are as stated, alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
The prizes are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Eligibility
One entry per entrant only, please.
There is no entry fee.
Entrants are required to make available their original artwork if it is required for exhibition at a later date.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Prize Winners
Winners will be chosen by the judge(s) nominated by SCG Inc. from all entries received.
The judge(s) and promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via email within 4 days of the competition close.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 week, the promoter will choose a replacement winner in the same manner as the original winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
Disclaimers
1. The entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
