THIS IS AN ALL AGES EVENT – UNDER 16’s MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT

Patron Ticketing and Entry Conditions:

- All patrons must have a valid ticket to access the event.
- All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult - The promoter reserves the right to refuse any patron without appropriate identification. - The only forms of valid photo ID that will be accepted for persons wishing to drink alcohol are a current Australian driver’s licence, a current passport or a current state issued proof of age card.  - All persons, bags and containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Prohibited items will be confiscated (and only returned at Promoters discretion) except for illegal drugs, which will be handed over to police. The Event organisers do not take any responsibility for confiscated items.  - Every person entering the event will receive a wristband if this wristband is removed for any reason you will be removed from the event or you will need to purchase an admission ticket.

VENUE
The Darwin Ski Club is a magnificent open-air site situated on Bundilla Beach overlooking the Arafura Sea. Hosting a range of facilities such as bars, food, bathrooms and the stunning Darwin sunset.

BOX OFFICE / TICKETING
The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open 60 minutes prior to gates opening until the headline artist commences. Please have your ticket printed and ready for scanning at the gates, or alternatively have the barcode ready on your phone with the device brightness turned up.

TICKETING POLICY
The official ticketing agency for this show is www.dtix.com.au, SRO Events and the Darwin Ski Club take no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honored.
Once a ticket purchase is completed there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event, the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligible for a refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
It is a condition of entry that all bags and personal belongings are presented to Security Staff for inspection. Patrons detected with contraband items such as alcohol will be refused entry without a refund.

BUNDILLA BEACH CLUB
Situated in the middle of the venue with excellent views of the Arafura Sea and the famous “sunsets” this premium space offers exclusive bars, bathrooms and for those that enjoy a dip, a swimming pool! The area has a large amount of seated furniture and umbrellas for shade. This is a premium space and is restricted to patrons over 18 years of age.

PERMITTED ITEMS
You may bring to this event: Small Rug, Sealed Still Bottled Water (not carbonated), Rain Poncho, Non-Professional Camera (No professional lenses or video cameras, please).

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Items strictly prohibited from entry include -Alcohol, Soft Drink & Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Still Sealed Water acceptable), Umbrellas, Cheese Knives, Glass, Glass Jars, Metal Cutlery, Shade Structures, Tents and Canopies, Pets, Offensive Clothing, MC Club Attire, Bicycles, Scooters, Trolleys, Pets.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
This event will have a range of food and beverage outlets open for the duration of the day. Bars will operate offering a wide range of Beer, Wine, Cider, Spirits, Cocktails and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. All vendors will offer Tap & Go or Cash Payments.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
This event is open to all ages. Patrons under 6 years are admitted free of charge with a paying parent / guardian. All patrons under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The Bundilla Beach Club is a premium area and is restricted to persons over the age of 18 years.

WEATHER POLICY
This event is an open air event that will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be advised by SMS, Email and social media. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe to proceed / continue. This decision will be made by Event Management, Venue Management and Emergency Services. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire footwear, a wide brimmed hat, sunscreen and rain poncho.

TICKET PRICE INCLUDES
One Social Membership to the Northern Territory Water Ski Association / Darwin Ski Club (the “NTWSA”) for a period of 12 months only from the date of the event until 30/06/2024. Ticket purchasers are entitled to one membership only, which is not transferable. Ticket purchasers will be advised within 72 hours of their membership proof. Social membership to the NTWSA includes member discounts at the bar and kitchen, access to the pool for members only within approved opening hours, access to the NTWSA facilities during trading hours and priority table bookings, but does not entitle the social member to voting rights on matters of the association. Existing current NTWSA Members will not be eligible for the Social Membership.
