About Port Adelaide Cricket Club 125 Year Black and White Ball
The Port Adelaide Cricket Club is celebrating 125 Years in the South Australian Cricket Association with it's Black & White Ball, Saturday 5th of March 2022 from 7pm at the Palais Hotel, Semaphore.
The Guest Speaker is the legendary former Australian Test Captain Ian Chappell and the MC is Triple M's Chris Dittmar.
Chappell is a former cricketer who played for South Australia and Australia, captaining Australia between 1971 and 1975 before taking a central role in the breakaway World Series Cricket organisation. Known for his outspoken views on the game he is sure to provide entertainment with stories from his playing days and since as a commentator all over the World. He will also bring shrewd analysis on where cricket is now and perhaps where it could, would or should be in the future. Our Master of Ceremonies is a sports commentator as well as a former World Number 1 squash player. "Ditts" grew up in the Port Adelaide area and is a passionate Power and Magpies fan.
The night will also feature music, raffles, auctions, the announcement of the PACC team of the Past 25 Seasons and a special presentation to our inaugural Number 1 Ticket Holder.
