Steven Hoepfner from Wagtail Urban Farm brings his deep passion for bush foods to life in an extremely informative and practical talk on the physical, environmental and his own special connection to eating from the food plants native to Australia.

Learn what grows best where, how the plants relate to the environment around them, resources to continue learning and favoured recipes to enjoy the spoils of your garden. Some plants and books will be available for purchase on the day.
