About MOVIE CHARITY FUNDRAISER

You are invited to attend a viewing of the movie LAST CAB TO DARWIN showing in the iconic independent Lake Cinema at Boolaroo. It is an Australian movie showcasing fantastic outback scenery.

This is a fundraising event for Kiwanis Beachside to ensure that the great work that members do for those in need in our community can continue.

Movie Overview: Rex is a lone, and when he’s told he doesn’t have long to live he embarks on an epic drive through the Australian outback from Broken Hill to Darwin to die on his own terms; but his journey reveals to him that before you can end your life, you have to live it, and to live it you’ve got to share it. (NB some swearing in context of old Aussie cabbie)
