About Garden Clubs of Australia 30th Biennial Convention & AGM
Hosted by the Friends of the Albury Botanic Gardens, The Garden Clubs of Australia 30th Biennial Convention & AGM will be held in Albury from the 13-18 October 2025.
This year’s theme is 'Gardens for People, Pleasure and Prosperity’. The convention will bring together students, advocates and industry experts to engage in discussion on sustainability, social, economic and environmental benefits of gardening and the important role we all play in the preservation of our planet.
You can expect to experience visits to some amazing local gardens, a day in the Albury Botanical Gardens showcasing some of the region’s local garden clubs, vendors including bonsai, succulent, propagation and beekeeping experts as well as gardening equipment and tools. There will be a day at Charles Sturt University and Wonga Wetlands learning about the community gardens and biodiversity locally.
The Botanic Gardens attracting over 300,000 visitors per year. Friends of the Albury Botanic Gardens can’t wait to share our beautiful gardens with fellow enthusiasts!
