Beginners Charcoal Cooking - A Hands on Experience!

Lead by award-winning Pitmaster Russ from HoggyStyle BBQ, this introductory class will give you a hands-on experience on how to setup a kettle style charcoal BBQ for cooking, along with lessons on cooking various meats, including steak!

Teaming up in pairs, you’ll get the chance to run your own kettle BBQ, prep your own meat and cook your own awesome BBQ under the expert guidance of our experienced pit master.

All supplies, including BBQ equipment, fuel and meat are included in the cost of the course.
