About Duntroon Society ACT Luncheon with Matt Anderson PSM
Join us for a long-awaited gathering of the ACT Branch of the Society for a meal and an address by the Director of the Australian War Memorial, Mr Matt Anderson (RMC 1988). You are most welcome to bring a guest.
We’ll start at midday for a drink before sitting down at 12.30 pm for alternative service of:
-Free range chicken breast marinated in thyme and lemon served with local pumpkin, crispy kale and pancetta crumb (GF)
-Slow roasted spring lamb rump marinated in rosemary served with sauteed pink potato, honey roasted carrot, pomegranate, and salsa verde. (GF, DF).
-Berry and vanilla panna cotta served with whipped white chocolate ganache, apple gel and berry melange. (GF).
-Rhubarb and apple crumble served with mulled strawberries and whipped coconut. (VE).
Drinks will be available from the bar at own expense.
