Belle and Matt from Evolve Cacao and Prana Wholefoods will be opening hearts with their organic raw ceremonial grade cacao. Cacao is a plant medicine sourced from Peru which allows the body to relax and receive a deeper meditation experience.

Kundalini Yoga Southwest will be facilitating breath work, Kriya body movement and meditation around the theme of “Lions Gate” which reminds us that creation, or manifestation, begins within. It arises from the unseen, the thought form, the energy flow, the pool of imagination, and expands until we become this energy.
