EVENT NOTES:
NO DOGS. For the safety of patrons, competitors and competition stock. (Service dogs' exception)
Strictly NO BYO ALCOHOL - bags will be inspected on entry.
Each ticket is per entry – Family pass will have 4 tickets consisting of 2 Adult and 2 Children.
Children 4yrs & under are free but must have a valid ticket for entry.
Concession pricing applies to Pensioners, Seniors with government issued Cards. Please present your valid concession card at the entry gate.
Drink tickets will be available to purchase on the day of the event.
General mobile phone cameras and point and shoot type Cameras are allowed and encouraged so you can remember those magical moments.
No video cameras or professional camera set-ups with detachable lens type Camera's or telephoto lenses.
Ticketebo is the only official ticketing agency for this event. Validity of your Tickets can only be ensured by purchasing the Tickets directly from this Authorised ticketing agency. Do not purchase tickets from unknown parties - they may not be legitimate. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Ebay, Gumtree, Facebook, etc are done so at the customers own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured. Duplicate ticket holders will be refused entry to the Rodeo.
In case of event cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances 48 hrs prior to the event, the tickets will be credited to the next rodeo date in the ticket holder's name or fully refunded back to the ticket holder.
PARKING:
Limited parking is available. $5 parking fee payable
Free courtesy buses will be operating from within the local area and 3 campgrounds ( Sharp Park / Two Bobs Sarabah / Oz Sky Ranch Boyland ). Pick up points will be displayed on social media and our website 1 week prior to the event. Set pick up times from Two Bobs Sarabah and Oz Sky Ranch.
